I'm thinking about what I need to do today and what I want to do today. I need to pay some bills, so that's going to happen. I should take a shower and get dressed and ready and all that, but I'm not really motivated to. At least not yet. I kinda want to clean the living room carpet because it smells weird to me. I have a few other chore type things I'd like to do that will make me grubby as well. Things like this irritate me because the day is half over and I feel like I should have already made progress on the stuff I need to do and be cleaning up right now. It seems pointless to shower and get dressed in the evening, and by the time I'm done with all my crap it will be evening. But I didn't shower yesterday and I exercised today so I likely smell awful  plus, it might be nice to get dressed up a bit...I kinda feel like doing that today. Ugh. It's only a couple things to do, and they're not too complicated, but right now it seems like a billion things and they all seem like they'll take an eternity. Stupid executive function issues...grumble grumble... I'm going to sit another 15 minutes and get to the carpet.

Bills First -- That's a priority.
Then cleaning so you get extra dirty.
Then wash your hair or shower / bathe when it's time to relax.

That would be the logical way to do all that. Unfortunately, I didn't see it until now. I dunno if I would have followed it anyway. My brain was stuck on the carpet. I rarely seem to do things around here in a way that makes sense...all out of order and bassackwards. *shrugs*

Got the living room floor done, then went on to do the hardwood floor downstairs while I had the wet vac thing out. I'd been meaning to do a quick reshine thing to those floors for a bit...bought the stuff then forgot about it for the last few weeks, so did that after they got cleaned proper. Now it's just after 4pm, I'm dirtier than before and my back hurts  Oy. My grubby self is going to bond with the heat pad for a bit then get a shower in.

I think dinner for the night will be a big ole chicken ceasar salad. That could be good. Make that after I get cleaned up. Pay bills after dinner. Reward myself for being productive af with a glass of baileys before bed. Yeah. That's the evening in a nutshell. I got that. Totally manageable. I think.

We always have so much in common! 8) I don't do things in a logical either. I can prioritise for other people like I did there ^ but irl I don't ever make priorities or even attempt to do all the things I should. I had to clean my hardwood and stone floors as well as my carpets today, about 5x each, because my dog has been spewing from both ends. I looked at my floor reshining product that I bought about .... ten years ago (lol) .... but that didn't happen. I did manage to steam the floors a few times but haven't done much else. Today's bills? Nope. Shower? Nope. Soaked the carpet with too much cleanser and still haven't dried it? Yup.

Same. Sometimes I have good advice for other people. For me? Nah. It's like I can't yank myself back far enough to see the bigger picture for myself. Very annoying. And counterproductive. Meh.

Sorry about your dog. Hope puptastic gets to feeling better soon. And sorry you have to deal with the backlash from that. Been there, didn't like it. At all. I call it a win that you got floors steamed and rugs soaked. Animal mess on the floor goes from gross to disastrous real quick. Floor and rug cleaning is a huge undertaking, I think, and you rocked it.

Guaranteed 12 hours a day, 6 days a week long working this week.
Again, it's not a particularly stressful job.

It's this stupid sensitivity, stupid inconsistency...
Unnamed, no visible patterns or signs of how to manage it for real.

Just like the stupid chronic sneezing that refuses to leave me alone for over 20+ years.

I'm completely disabled by daylight and it's only getting worse.
I need to go out and do stuff but the glare is making me nauseated.
I can't even clean the house or cook food until it's pitch dark.
Then, I can't see because I can't put lights on.

It's like my senses are being asphyxiated.
I have tinted glasses and blackout curtains but they don't help.
Screw Daylight Savings, too. :(

I keep hearing a female voice calling my name once in awhile and I hate it. This same hallucination has been happening off and on for more than a decade and I'm sick of it.

Just which more deficiencies this body has to start with, this whole time?
