I can sympathize...a post of mine on facebook got me kicked out of college, over half my online friends know my real name, and apparently I tell people where I live (or near where per say). I used to be so good at security, I even have an alias....but I gave up and stopped caring after awhile. I hope it doesn't bite me in the butt again. Any chance that someone has the same name as you? Mine was linked to my real profile and sounded fake...

If I was there I'd probably hear it too. I hate that and it is so annoying.

I've had plugs and tvs that make that noise. The plug on my wii makes that noise. I've had ds plugs that make that noise but some don't. The tv in my mother's room makes that noise even when turned off.

Wubiii! What are you doing to me? You're a 64-bit on a 4-CPU 6 GB computer with G+ wireless capabilities and your PACKAGE MANAGER keeps freezing? Surely you don't have shutdowns like me, you half-verbal, inorganic and infernal, un-emotioned computator!

Searching my username on Google yields a grown man as a first result followed by someone dumb enough to visit the cesspool named Urban Dictionary followed by a Norwegian with a very similar monogram followed by foolishness bordering on my Lego special interest followed finally by my (relatively inactive) FoldIt account. Then, there isn't a single result until the next FoldIt reference on the second page followed closely by my Wikipedia username (with two poorly done Jmoldels) and yet another FoldIt reference. Only then can one see my WrongPlanet result.

At least I remembered FoldIt! Now I know what I'll be doing after finals week.

the air conditioning clown has still not turned up!! !! i called the company on thursday and they said he would be here on friday morning!!

i sweltered in 31 degree heat today and i was completely unimpressed.

my damned fan is a cheap fan, and the wing nut that secures it's horizontal angle failed and the fan faces toward the blasted floor!! i propped up the front of the leg stand with books, but it fell over backwards twice, and i had to get up and fix it twice!! !!.

i felt like writing to the prime minister, but it was too hot.

My stupid feet kept on cramping last night and than I had a nightmare that I was forced to sleep in a 4ft long box and stuffed in there by my mum. She thought it would help me to have a happy sleep.

I'm still trying to convince my NT family that electrical outlets make noises. And TV sets, but we've updated to an HDTV in the living room, and they don't seem to make that high-pitched squeal that the older ones make. Annoying sounds do end up coming out of it, though, since my parents like watching awful shows like Two and a Half Men and Pawn Stars, and they do it with the volume loud enough for it to be heard in Mexico.

I recently moved but in my old house my landlord installed one of those gfi outlets in the bathroom and the buzzing drove me nuts and gave me really bad panic attacks. Eventually we figured out that because the landlord hooked it up through the bathroom light turning the light switch off cut power to the outlet and quieted the buzzing. From then until we moved we used the bathroom by flashlight.

At times it would get louder and then even my mother could hear it. I could hear it all the time.

My speakers crabbed out for a while.

That wasn't something my dad couldn't fix, though.

My mother is watching an episode of MASH (very loudly, as she always watches TV) in which some of the characters keep whistling to annoy the other characters. Is this supposed to be funny? That the characters are being annoying as f**k? If some as*hole was standing next to you on the street doing this, you would punch him in the throat, but when wacky sitcom characters do it, it's hilarious?

Sitcoms are the worst.
