A personal dilemma;
To keep up with whatever I'm doing, I would need a bigger breakfast. This also means more expensive.
I won't mind if it results me better self control and less impulses, would mean less stress related spending and cravings.
For me to have a bigger breakfast doesn't also take money, it also takes time.
I would need at least 2-3 hours worth of time allowance.
My work starts around 7-8am. This would mean I would have to be awake as soon/as late as 4-5am.
For that to ideally happen, my bed time would likely be 8-9pm.
This would also mean an allowance to digest meals so I won't get this heartburn like symptom and would wreck my whole night.
Yet, my work ends around 6-7pm. Nevermind if I have stuff to look at or errands to run to if it had to be done earlier than Sunday.
So, at best I have 2 hours of time spent at anything -- that's not even time spent eating, but any else other than sleep.
Less ideal, it's already past my ideal bed time. Nevermind the transition of outside to indoors, eating dinner, doing chores, etc.
Worst is that I'd be home at 9pm without eating dinner. Or eat right after that time.
In which would result me either -- prepped enough 'I-cant-make-it-home-early' dinner, and then sleep less than 7 hours sleep per night
Or, eat dinner, nevermind the transition, rest and digest -- or nevermind dinner at all -- I'd suffer from some form of hyperacidity. It'd likely waste my whole 8 hours of time lying on the bed doing nothing but 'cope' with the uncomfortable feeling...
Even highly likely, nevermind sleep at all.
So either ways, I have to make a sacrifice?
Choose one healthy habit other the other?
Also no, reducing my work time is not an option unless I'd quit it for real.
