That's always best if I have the EF to do it. ^

I'm still looking for my headphones too, without actually having energy to look.
I'm totally disoriented without them and can't walk I'm so dizzy.
I think my BP is gone nuclear.

I don't think I've ever asked for support here, not in a clear way.


OK I got to my bed and threw 30lbs of weighted blankets on the ground.
Good news: Didn"t hit the pets.
Bad news: Didn't find the headphones.
Good news: Found phone.
Bad news: No messages.
Good news: Maybe I can do my BP now that I"m here.
Bad news: I still don't know if I took my AHDH meds or not.

I found my phone and headphones today. They were down in a dresser drawer.

I wouldn't worry about your adhd meds at this late stage

This is probably bad news right?
Systolic is usually higher but I've never seen my Distolic that high.
And the line means I have arrhythmia.

And now my laptop is dying charger is downstairs so have to go back down. :(
Phone charger too. :(

I actually wouldn't ask anyone here for serious support tbh I'm too private on certain things.
It's not that I couldn't deal with as*holes giving absofuckinglutely stupid advice.

Good effort on searching though, I'm impressed, hope they turn up soon. And thanks for the ADHD reminder, I forgot , just took mine :roll:

You need to be able to sit down for 15 minutes? without moving too much and do the BP 3 times in a row to get an accurate BP reading.

With BP that high, I wouldn’t worry about ADHD medication. I think you should call your doctor.
