I know. I don't ask for support here.

The last time I had a breakdown people just imagined what it was about and slandered me in The Haven in a thread I didn't even start, so I don't even like to hint about issues.

Sad state of affairs for a "leading forum community and resource supporting those with Autism"

With BP that high, I wouldn’t worry about ADHD medication. I think you should call your doctor.

Before you jump the gun, are the batteries new, when were they last changed. Are you able to rest in a sitting/lying down position. Breathe , intake fluid (pint of water if you can) . Then take 3 readings in a row without changing anything , take the average and if it's the same maybe you should call the DR, I've had this happen with my BP machine. If you have any symptoms of stroke , pains in chest dial the emergency services right away.

Is anyone in the house who can monitor you?

I found my charger in the bedding.
Took my BP meds plus a blood thinner.
I'm just chilling with O for a bit and then I'll take more readings.
Everything's beside me ready to go.
Didn't do ADHD. I'm pretty sure I took it when I got up.

I found my charger in the bedding. Didn't have to go back downstairs.

Looking for a

The very first one meant a high blood pressure crisis and I should go to hospital.

They're getting a little better in these other three but still considered Stage 3.
My first stroke was at 183/105 but ideally I should be under 120/80.
I also have a heart defect and a blood clotting disorder so I shouldn't mess around.
I feel a bit better though just doing nothing.

Ferr How do I get the average? Just average all the S's and then all the D's?

Yeah, average the Systolic separately from Diastolic so your average Sys is 146 / Dia 101 so it appears to be lower than the first reading but far from perfect , are you feeling any better , or more unwell ?

Is your BP meter a cuff that goes around your arm or a wrist monitor?

It's upper arm.

Meh. ^^
Not as bad as at first, but then I'd been standing cooking your breakfast for too long.

Now I'm just my normal stressed, anxious, dizzy, disordered, lazy, ADHD self.
It's also too sunny for me but I haven't made it to the basement yet.

I haven't found the headphones because they weren't in this room.
Maybe I should go back downstairs and find them.
Maybe they're buried in the back of the sofa cushions?

It's weird how they say stress doesn't cause high BP.
I think chronic sleep deprivation is a big part of it for me.
Maybe that and the steady diet of moonshine and ice cream. 8)
Seriously though, I've been living on ice cream bc I can't stomach solid food.
