Imagine how it's like on the trailing forum communities

It's weird how they say stress doesn't cause high BP.

Who says that? Sounds like BS or Semantics. If stress causes you anxiety you will get a boost of stress hormones. Stress hormones trigger an increase in the heart rate and a narrowing of the blood vessels which cause your BP to rise sometimes dramatically.

I only asked about the monitor as my BP monitor was nicked by a family member and replaced with a wrist one, and if the wrist one was accurate I'd never leave hospital, it was s**t.

I could comment, but I made the mistake of mentioning a WP member while on a trailing forum community and got a boosted ban from Nitro.

edit: Actually that was a lie , it was because my avatar shared a name with a WP member

Not sure I want to ask what those types of forum communities are?

The eagle has landed. Found headphones downstairs.
I was likely sat on them earlier.

Now I don't know what music to play.

I could do Ativan? It's prescription so I'm allowed.

^ That should definitely lower your BP, are you prescribed it for anxiety or sleep? Are you supposed to take it regular or when needed.

Regular. I take prescription sedatives for sleep. I have Clonazepam for regular too, but I can never remember which one works better.

Oh wait, by regular I meant I can use it whenever I want, not for sleep. But I've had the bottle for a year and only had a couple. I don't take them often. They barely do anything.

That's the thing with benzo's , when I am stressed ta f**k I can take one and it has no sedative effect at all but stress levels come down.

I could send a parcel too but I know you wouldn't want it.

Benzos especially Clonazepam make me depressed af a couple of days later.
Ativan is more like a sip of wine.

I’m going to take one. I have to take my son to the movies, and I’ll probably run into people I don’t want to see.
