Looks yummy, Erminea!! :D

The last thing I ate was some oven baked black pepper fried potato halves. yes, they were both fried and oven baked.

It was part of my lunch which consisted of turkey, vegetables (carrot, corn, broccoli, cauliflower) and apple juice.

It was very nice and I am considering having some more soon, seeing as it's holidays. :D

I had... to get rid of some leftovers: eggs. a bit of cheese dip. some chili, carrots, and broccoli.

Made for an interesting omelet. :?

Finally made my Christmas dinner: White and dark meat turkey, baked potato, yellow squash, smothered in lime (3 limes) accented turkey gravy. The only thing I missed was the stuffing and cranberry sauce. Not the most colorful meal but it is delicious with the lime gravy and is cooked to perfection. Bon appetit!!
