Trail mix, a handful.

The last thing I ate was some oven baked black pepper fried potato halves. yes, they were both fried and oven baked.

It was part of my lunch which consisted of turkey, vegetables (carrot, corn, broccoli, cauliflower) and apple juice.

It was very nice and I am considering having some more soon, seeing as it's holidays.

I realise this is not much of breakfast...

I had... to get rid of some leftovers: eggs. a bit of cheese dip. some chili, carrots, and broccoli.

Made for an interesting omelet.

Washed it down with two bully porters.

I had some oatmeal for breakfast w/ cup of milk...

I had boneless wings, fries, and a Diet Coke from Wendy's.

Finally made my Christmas dinner: White and dark meat turkey, baked potato, yellow squash, smothered in lime (3 limes) accented turkey gravy. The only thing I missed was the stuffing and cranberry sauce. Not the most colorful meal but it is delicious with the lime gravy and is cooked to perfection. Bon appetit!!

I had two Baja beef gorditas, and two chili cheese burritos from Taco Bell.

This is what I had for breakfast today...

Toast with Brie cheese and liver pâté, deeeeelicious.

Pork chops and raw carrots.

I had a Barbacoa burrito from Chipotle.

A big philly cheesesteak from Subway w/ tomato, lettuce, and green peppers. It tasted so good.

I had a Spicy Italian sub from Subway.

A 4 egg cheese omelet, four slices of bacon and a pot of coffee.

Now, I'm having some yerba mate before I work out...

I ate boneless Garlic Parmesan wings and French fries.
