I don't know how to lay, it's too hot and muggy tonight, even with the fans blowing. I need some sort of weight on me to sleep but it's too hot even for a thin sheet over me. Oh, why can't it be cold at night?
I took sleeping tablets over the weekend but you can't take them for more than 3 nights running so I have to miss a few nights before I can take one again. So tonight I'm wide awake and my whole body is throbbing with heat. I've been drinking water all day to keep me from getting dehydrated, so now I keep peeing all night.
There's no way out. I just have to not sleep tonight. Mentally I want to sleep but physically I don't. I just wish there was more activity on WP, as it's daytime in the US and the majority of members here come from that place but even the L&D has gone quiet. Bored. Help!
Almost 2:00 am and been running out of Spoons daily . Need at least enough energy to sleep .? Took my entire sleep Medication regimen …. Earlier …. Why Oh , Why ….didn’t I just stay asleep ? Not even a very active brain …. Just too conscious . . Maybe I will get rest later .
Lololzz.. like the old oak tree reference … …. So few days of very disappointing activities and repeated minor losses .. Sucked every spoon outta me . Including… Was in such bad shape tried to go to housewarming party. Ended up calling from her driveway. Saying .. too many people were there. Went home , and hid inside of the house. But did find my earlier lost cell phone ..after worrying all day .?
So here we go again … tried so hard to sleep until 2 am… then amazing fell asleep , up again at 4 am …. It is almost not worth going to sleep ! !! !, grrrr… ! So will try again .. to hope to fall asleep . Cannot take anymore medications otherwise will be extra foggy in the morning .. need to get my brain used to the idea of what circadian rhythms are suppose to be ???? BUMP…BUMP…..
