A few days ago, and I am very glad that it is gone now. I don't even want to remember what the song name was for fear of it happening again. (Sorry, it is something that gets me overstimulated and even keeps me from getting sleep).

It really depends.

I prefer the indoors (my own home) when I want to get away from other people/loud noises/strong smells.
I prefer the outdoors if it is pristine wilderness and there are no people around to bother me :)
