I want to experience my life more fully. I think I spend too much of my time distracting my mind in order to keep myself from feeling anxious or bored, and I end up wasting time that could be spent in more fulfilling ways.

I don't even necessary want to do anything that big or different with my life, I just want to appreciate little moments and sensory experiences more deeply. Go for more walks, sit silently when I have my tea in the morning, read more books, visit the library, ride my bike.

It's clichéd, but I think decreasing my screen time and trying to meditate everyday would almost definitely help with this.

I kind of want another blanket that's the same texture + size as my baby blanket. I haven't found one with the exact same texture before. It won't replace it, but I can't take it when I go sleep somewhere not at home because I'm scared to lose it, so having a backup I can take places would be nice.

I want to buy a new plushie, and I'm very tempted to buy a big fluffy dragon plush I saw on aliexpress

However there are no reviews with photos, so I can't trust that the product images will be accurate. A bit risky

BHVR added a stupid ass motion sickness inducing nerf to killers in DbD. Starting to get annoyed with the idiotic, hostile-to-players "adjustments" and am considering abstaining from playing, at least until the Halloween event in a few months.

Went and put a timer to 5 minutes before lying down.

Lying down I did...
Then for a moment, I forgot time existed.

When the alarm blared, it took a moment to realize it's only been 5 minutes, not half an hour more as I perceived or guessed.

It says that the heart beat is tied to time perception.

Did my heart rate went so slow as I lay, that when I got up, it feels like it went from 10 to a hundred -- that whatever amount of time I perceived was so compressed in those moments, that felt really exhausting.

I'm so sorry. I've always been terrified of that happening to my parents, I hope she recovers well

I was framed and used as a scapegoat by a stupid Prick.

I get it now. All the pieces fit.

It's unbelievable how evil some people can be.

My life is just fading away before my eyes, I'm just existing in the public space right now but have nothing interesting going on for me right now.

I am still very much happy that I moved out of the Netherlands and will never ever live there again, but right now I'm still paying bills from that country and have to work a 40/46 hour per week job just to cover all my remaining bills. I pray that I will have paid everything off by the end of this month so I can work less, but the apartment's gas bill came in and I've already been asked to now pay part of the gas bill along with my current rent each month from now and I just realised this hell will never end. Germany gotta double the minimum wage fam I'm so sick of not being able to have savings.

I'm still dealing with the language barrier because my work schedule is too inconsistent for me to follow a German course on the side and I pretty much spend all my free days catching up sleep.

I can't stand this capitalist hellhole anymore, I'm super grateful that I have a job, but this is not what I wanted. I just wanted a consistent 9-5 job. I can't afford to get another job right now and the Berlin job market is so idiotic for putting out job vacancies for jobs that they won't respond to for another six months.
