I'm guessing you're not in high school yet superfantastic. Pep rallys occur when a school's about to have a game or a special event occurs. key ingredients for pep rally: Loud band music, crazy screaming girls, and dancing cheerleaders. The only thing I really enjoy is when the teachers get involved in the games/entertainment. Pep rallys most likely occur in gyms where everything echoes. There was a pep rally at my school today and my old english teacher was part of the games=hilarious :lol:. Other than that it's just annoying.
