Mine was Pilates.
I’ve done it just a few times over the years.

I bike/spin at all hours when available.
5:30 AM to 6:30 P M.

I’m thinking 3 the flag pole. 8)

1 was my lie
How on earth did you guess, Kortie? 8)
I think she learned shorthand in school but she certainly didn't teach me!
I invented my own version of shorthand for Uni. :)
For example, a dot with a circle around it meant 'around' and I used the c with a line over it for 'with'.
I can't remember all of them, but they were mostly for prepositions.

2 and 3 were true. The flag pole was still erect when I visited my grandfather's property last June
(34 years after his death).

I think 1 for Kortie.
I used manual typewriters to learn, and all the way through Uni!

My Lie is #2, though they still existed in the early 80s.

No, it's not 4. He did break his back and he was immobile for almost a year, but it was either before my birth or when I was very young. I don't remember it.

My lie is 2. He didn't teach me how to drive. My father and my brother did.

He did, thanks. He went on to work as an aeronautical engineer for Boeing in California.
I knew him the least of all my grandparents but he was a good man, despite being quite stern.

2. We built snow forts and poured water on them so they would freeze overnight.

3. We had transistor radios in our forts (indoor forts and snow forts).

4. We always shared our forts.
