my mom's letting me stay home from school today because my throat's dry and i'm having breathing problems. this is strange because she said if i get sick because i forget to take my allergy medication then i will still go to school...no objections though!

well, going to school today would have been useless because i would have had to been checked out early anyway. i mean that i was shaking and felt nauseated at about...10 AM this morning. apparently, that's what happens when you don't regularly for three days. can't say that that's happened to me before when i was sick...hmm...now, i'm just a little dizzy.

You need to eat starchy food and gatorade. Even if you don't keep any of it down doing something to keep your blood sugar and fluids up is a must. Otherwise you end up being in a hospital and fed through an IV.
