I need to take a shower and wash my hair, I'm nervous about how much hair dye is going to wash out of my hair.

I struggle to rest when I have an injury.

That's probably why I have so many injuries that have never heeled.

Same.

Especially with this sort of injury, it's easy to keep aggravating it because life won't wait for it to recover 100% and it's already good enough to function.
