hmmmm... very hard question as they all have their positives and negatives. Would love to have been around in the Egyptian times for many reasons, Norse i admire but a bit too cold a climate for me and as much as i have strength i dont think i would be that great on the front lines, if anything i would be the one trying to instigate peace ( but then again who knows if i lived in that time i would likely have a different point of view) and lastly greek... Yes i think i would rather be around during the early Greek period as their innovation was above many cultures and their medicine, architecture at the time were ahead in comparison to many cultures... They also have their down sides but in the overall picture i think Greek times would be best suited for me ( maybe)...
Ok now the mythology part. As Greeks were in essence a subset of the Egyptians i am fascinated by the phylosohies of the Egyptian mythology. Norse is rather interesting also as was the Greeks, but Egyptian mythology has something rather magical about it.. Many of their ideologies were based on their surroundings and therefore have more of a real value to them... they often interpreted patterns in their surroundings basing their beliefs on what they truly saw... There is still little understanding about the Egyptian mythology in its narrative, but the fact they viewed many other civilizations as rather uncivilized indicating they were a rather an advanced culture that respected life and its people ( depending on which era of Egyptian age we are talking about here) They had utmost respect for their women in that time, in someways maybe more so than we do today in western civilization... So on only a few bullet points i would say Egyptian mythology would and is the most interesting due to its uncertainties of its origins and how the culture developed.. However i find them all rather fascinating and despite all being somewhat separate cultures ( Mind you the Greeks were the travelling descendants of Egyptians so in essence are a direct relation) the similarities amongst the views at the time on their ideology of the gods all seem very similar.
