I can handle more than that for a longer distance.

So many people tend to let themselves go and have their strength and health really start declining in their 30’s.. meanwhile, for me, I keep getting stronger year after year and have no intentions of stopping that process. I’m WAY healthier and stronger in my 30’s than 20’s and hope I’m even more so in my 40’s and beyond.

I've always been comparatively frail. too much body length but not enough supporting bones and sinews and muscle. best of luck towards your goals

6 years ago I was fat and weak. Not anymore. And thanks for the good luck towards my goals! I’ll take that one as being towards my academic and career goals. The physical fitness is just a daily routine thing, not a particular goal. The real life changing stuff is getting back to University again - possibly as soon as this September, finances allowing.
