Holy s**t, you've just hit the nail on the head. I used to chew the inside of my mouth for years or pen tops. I don't anymore, but I chew gum when out. I had no idea that was a stim.

I just ate about 1kg of chips. Took an hour to cook them, massive plate full of thin McDonald like chips.

I had a banana with chocolate hazelut spread on it, then I spread "goober" on it and I regret it now. Goober is waaaay too sweet and now I feel as sick as a sick thing.
