How there is no going back in a few days as I have an appointment to address my mental state...for all I know I wont be coming back for 3 days 
. Well I guess I don't really know just nervous about it but if I am not honest about the issues I have then the appointment will be no use.
Its on the day something really horrible happened to so its not going to be a good day in general.

I've been their done that never under estimate what a sick mind can do .

Insomnia 
My anxiety level is so high I feel like something is clenching my heart and lungs and just giving my entire body too much unrest.
It takes me hours to fall asleep, and then it seems when I wake up once, there's no chance in hell that I'll fall back asleep... and I wake up every few hours naturally 
I got 4 hours of sleep last night... and my eyes feel like rot, and I feel like I'm ready to vomit and completely unravel
