I actually saw the moon as it was rising last night. I usually can't see jack sh*t in the night sky around here so I was pleased as punch about it, still am.

My mother had an operation on a foot today and seemed quite well when I visitied her with my father this evening. I suspect she was "off her face" on diazepan and will forget we visited at all when we see her tomorrow.
