took the garbage out.

^me too. I was searching for something I did that was concretely useful.

i deleted enough messages on my answering machine to where it wasn't flashing "FULL" anymore.

Got some bushes trimmed and went out this morning to marvel at what a few clips on a some bushes yesterday ,
Looked marvelously good . On the overall appearance of the bush to make it look highly manicured . Been trimming on it for a couple of years now . Just trimming off new growth every spring . To cause it to grow in a round Shape.
Got up this morning and remembered to take my medicines and supplements with a small breakfast .

A happy day.

Cooked with leeks for the first time. Yummy.

Not all that much other than day to day life stuff, though pushed through more of the decent migraines to do some Mother's Day things. Maybe sleep through them now, and sadly, I couldn't go for the hike I wanted as me brain fog smoke somewhere nowhere lost in the woods; I'd probably walk into a tree headfirst, which doesn't sound too bad in reality.

got an album restored.

Put out a huge amount of rubbish and recycling, and vacuumed the available parts of the floor...

Managed to get one important item pushed through the barriers of state bureaucracy.

downloaded a rare album, "more jungle drums" [morton gould and his orchestra] off of youtube.

Added a quart of oil to my car.

Found some things I was looking for (old picture and video of an ASLAV that got hit, and maybe I'll make a model diorama of that eventually). Worked on my shoe, stitching things back together; too dejected yesterday because me feel too much there (your "crush" having a "crush" will do that one, and I guess we're similar there). Groceries in the afternoon this time. Looked at the grey skies and hoped for different, dunno if it did anything. Currently fixing a shirt. To be honest, I don't know how I accumulate some of the wear and tear, but I guess it's branches doing it and I don't notice it at the time. I always dip under them.

Went for a "hike". Dark forest and slight rain.

Got a doctors appt out of the way yesterday… looks like a surgery is in my future .GULP…. But will be a short one they say. today means more business type of phone calls , including one to Blue cross apparently trying to rip me off.
They seem to be double downing on their mistake .
