Hiding is human nature.
Most of us use deodorants to hide our natural scent. Now that I heartily agree with. :D

Deodorants are essential, lol. I am glad you agree.

The fight or flight response is stronger in some than others. The best beta blockers/ prescribed medications never worked for me.
Most Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium)
Bupropion (Wellbutrin)
Citalopram (Celexa - SSRI)
Paroxetine (Paxil - SSRI)
Laundry list of failures

“ Magnesium, L-theanine, omega-3 fatty acids, and ashwagandha have especially been noted for being able to largely impact symptoms of anxiety and reduce stress, and these supplements are also highly accessible and can be found in most pharmacies or convenience stores.”
Can attest to Ashwagandha. Only discovered about six years ago. Got me outdoors. And across the Atlantic Ocean. Never thought it was even a possibility before.
In fact turned down a seven day high school trip to Spain with my Spanish class because I thought I would get stuck over there. [studied Latin and Spanish but not French. Too difficult for me] And guess what? There was an airline workers strike and they WERE stuck! Couldn’t get home. Should have learned to trust my intuition then but of course I didn’t.

I'm actually convinced that peperami is made from human flesh.

That's why I don't eat it

Ah.

If it's anything like the last meat scandal it'll turn out to be horse, not man.
