Just ate my tea! Cheese, ham and marmite toasted sandwich (when I can't decide what to have, my toasty bag comes to the rescue!) And a pudding of banana with peanut butter and honey dolloped on it.

I think having majorly dyspraxic hands could easily cause obesity, I can't slice cheese to save my life it ends up like wonky house bricks.

I had some stir fry with a side bowl of kimchi.

I've been eating kimchi and yogurt like crazy, too.
