I'm monitoring the progress of the restoration of 100 gigs of data on my storage drive. The directory structure became corrupted a few days ago, and I lost all of my torrents and some other data. So I bought NTFS data restoration software to see if I could get them back. For some reason I can't figure out, it makes five copies of everything it finds. As a directory is restored, I have to watch the program's progress and click "skip this file" until all the duplicates it wants to make are stopped and it moves on to the next directory, and then I delete the duplicates. I don't have 500 gigs to spare!

While I'm doing that, I'm playing my keyboard. It has thousands of sounds, and I'm using the screaming lead guitar sound and drum track, grooving away in the headphones. It's a bit of a challenge to play a keyboard in the same way a guitarist would play a solo and not like a pianist would, but I'm teaching myself to do it. I can bend notes and get vibrato and harmonic feedback with the joystick, so it sounds very realistic. Someday, I will be able to play guitar solos on the keyboard that will sound indistinguishable from a guitarist.
