Family Guy.

Your least favourite ASD trait, and the one you think is good to have, if any?

Least favourite: Social incompetence.

Useful: Social incompetence, because - since I'm not going out socialising - I have plenty of time to do other stuff that is probably more productive.

What do you think is the most important piece of technology discovered thus far by humans?

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

Neither. Too much polluting the environment. I hope we humans choose more and more for energy generated via sun, wind and water. (other creative innovations.... )

Name the city, town or village you were born in?

Perth, Scotland. I was born in the Perth Royal Infirmary, which is but ten minutes walk from where I am now. That means I have a displacement of about half a mile right now.

If there was an action figure made of you, what accessories would it come with?

No question. Leaves room for some random silly stuff from me.... Um, earlier I liked the MacGyver chap on TV. He who makes all sorts of things out of random stuff. Three paper clips, a shoelace and four rusted old cans (plus his Swiss army knife) and tada.... a full sized working helicopter.

(um, to answer McTell's question a bit.... for me a Swiss army knife, pen and paper (those I must always have with me), plus a cap with little rotor blades on top, so I can take off any time it gets a little dangerous. :drunken: )

Which is your favourite season and why?

Um.... my favourite radio station (i.e. Studio Brussel/ w3.stubru.be), where they mostly have outstanding taste musically throughout the week imo, turns into a heavy dance station in the weekend and the last two songs were f*cking hardcore dance shite. It's half past three in the afternoon for crying out loud.

End rant. Interesting and informative? Nah, probably not. Take two....

Where I live there are luckily lots of trees around, also big old ones, and since a couple of years, every Spring noticeable, there is a couple of Green Woodpeckers nesting in one of those old tree. No pecking of beak on wood or something but they make a very specific sound. A sound a bit like a sarcastic laugh, really loud and two years ago, when I first heard it, I thought it was the sound of a bird of prey. But I was wrong.
Now I hear the sound almost every day and see one of them fly by occasionally with their very distinguished flied. Quite fast.

I do.... but do you feel that people that don't give a toss about nature and all her beauty miss out on something big?

that's probably true, so there is a lot of work to do ...

erminea, you talked about a program with ideas for crafting, this reminds me of an old program we used to watch as a kid (end seventies, begin eighties)
It was a man with grey hair i think, always making stuff, and then there were funny absurd animation in between (often accelerated videos of younger men i think)

Do you think i'll find this program again?

We do not differ in age much but I'm afraid I can't help you here. Too little data to go on. Was it American? English, Dutch? It sounds a bit like a VPRO program but I don't know.

I hope you find it, thou.... (Maybe with a bit more info I can help. Not sure)

~

Um, question? What's your favorite time of the day?

The city I live in doesn't really have a mall.... (not a mall man myself) but the last time I was in one was in Utrecht and that was 1 1/2 ~ 2 months ago. Almost bought myself a hat plus I sinned.... I bought food by the MacDonalds. Ate it and now I'm cured for rest of the year. Or two, hopefully.

~

Recycled question but what is the last thing you bought? Anything?

The last thing I bought was an album: John Lee Hooker, the Definitive Collection.

Do you play any sports?
