A rocket is a little 100cc bottle of Chinese rice wine, if by wine you mean 112 proof rocket fuel.
the term comes from the Nazi V2 weapon. It was fueled by LOX and a 50/50 mix of water and ethanol, which is basically vodka. this was to reduce P/T to values that a plain copper combustion chamber could handle.
