Did anyone know that back in the Middle Ages, people only bathed once a month?

It was even more seldom than that, from what I've read. I once read of a nobleman remarking that he's taking his bath "six months early" for some special occasion.

I have had chronic low grade pollin allergies since I moved from the desert to the pacific northwest, but it has been worth it, I love it so much here.

I've heard that too, I agree that I believe it was even less common.
