I managed to get a good night's sleep though, I have a cold but, now I can explain my shoulder & neck aching..

I've been sleeping horribly lately. I almost miss my binge drinking days. I would wake up with a hangover but at least I would sleep through the night.

For yesterday's dinner I ate very spicy food which made me a bit cry,
today morning I found I have a light headache.
and I'm blaming that spicy dish..
