Hmmm, after reading the above I think I should post in this thread. :) I don't post that much but when I do they go pretty much unnoticed. I also feel like I don't really belong at WP because I have NLD, not Aspergers.

I also don't feel very popular, either. I've seen people who've posted that they wanted to meet a long list of familiar members that I see day in and day out, and than I feel crushed when my name doesn't make it on their lists. Just because I have the highest post count, doesn't mean that I'm the most popular. There was one member who said that he didn't get why I "waste my time here, just so I can add another 100 posts to my score", which I don't waste my time here at all. There have also been members who've attacked me on account of my special interests over the years. I've experienced my peak of popularity in 2006 and than it rapidly died down in 2007.

I'd meet anyone who wants to meet me.

Oh, now I forgot what I was going to write. Maybe I should try opening WP in two windows so I can see what I'm talking about.

Oh! Much better!

i_wanna_blue - thank you for answering my question. You make some very good points.

I wish we had something like a "like" function here. Often, I read something someone writes and feel they're right on. I hate to post with nothing more to say than that I agree with them. That comes off as so suck-uppy.

And if you want to get a lot of responses, just write something outrageous. Yeah... that's it... say you're a Christian... hahahahahahahahaha!

...and then the popular people try to pigeonhole you... I HATE being pigeonholed.

Anyone else here like being put into a box?

Morning everyone :D (or afternoon / evening depending on where you are or what time you see this)

What's everyone up to today? I'm having a lazy day toady, did the fortnightly shopping yesterday and it's wiped me out, I'm currently sipping on some cherries and berries juice.
