It was Monday. Monday is the weirdest day of the week. It feels like limbo.

today i have to go to an unplanned funeral. this means i will not be able to go to the appointment i had at youth group to organise centrelink and housing and other moving out stuff,(i hate telling people i will do stuff and then not doing it) i will not be able to go to the marxist reading group on sexism(i love hearing males talk about sexism and how it degrades women) and i will not be able to go to SAs public meeting tonight on racism in australia or say bye to 2 comrades who are going to perth(the living i know are more important than the dead i didnt know) or tell a comrade i am ok to go to the aboriginal tent embassy on invasion day. later today my father will yell at me for what i am wearing.

Political correctness and the odd doctrine of tolerance are the banes of my social existence. If I hypothetically held the opinion that the sun is blue, simply stating it does not make me a, "bigot," or a, "hatemonger." [Funny, that word passed the spellcheck....] Saying people are wrong could be correct as well if my copies of the R and G cones were faulty. What would be hateful is hating the person instead of the idea the person holds simply on the basis of the ideas held, which I regret to say describes the proponents of political correctness and the whole mess about tolerance. If it is objectively true that all snarflies are goople and some hold that snarflies are not goople, I am able to treat the person with the proper respect due to all sentient and sapient life even if I disagree with the ideas held by the person (note the use of the passive mood). Something must be done about this horrid problem with people taking offense to imagined criticism of the person rather than the actions.

Thanks you are adorable though this time said in a non patronizing manner.

I just find it hard to believe especially so after I had a run in with a lady member [who claimed the aspie men ether "irritated her or aroused her self pity" which sounds right on the money  why anyone would want me in their company one of the many reasons I have a ^&*^( you attitude to people.)

I'll stick to my birdies :) I know I am very much loved by them their even more adorable than you  eg last night (not that i do it often) birdies like to sleep you see I called "come on" and both of them (cocktails) jumped exactly at the same time to be patted :D

Actually I'll be looking for night work so I can spend my days with them them , I think the psychological health will suffer if I 'm not their during the day , My Barney boy was undoubtedly (RSPCA) a cage bird  and when I had him out for months he woud chase and bite me and where talking hard/blood piercing bites.

Now his the sweetest thing ever. :)

Sadly most people seem to think it's quite OK to jail a bird for 10,15,20 years + on a diet of seed and water

PS your parents have a hold over you another reason I stay away from people.

Thank you for the compliment :)

I don't think all aspie guys act that way....neither are NT guys perfect. Everyone is human, everyone has good points and flaws.

She was one person...and even if the whole world said it...lemme tell you a secret about life...it only matters what you think. ;)

Let me ask you something....why wouldn't anyone want you in their company?

For me...people would like to have me around because I am random, adventurous, and honest....but they might not want me because I am a little self-focused, I ramble if given the opportunity, and I can be shy until I know someone well. (I could think of more on both sides.

Your turn! List 3 reasons someone would want you around, and 3 reasons why someone wouldn't. (Idk you well enough to do this, sorry)

Awesome! You have pet birds, that means you have some compassion for animals...I'm pretty sure that at least half of the women population would find this to be a good quality.

You should post some pictures, they sound like cool birds.

What should they be fed? Not to be antagonistic, but most people would assume that is what bird eat...and that they would fly away if they are not caged.

Yep...I know :x But, money is money...and since I know now that I suck at getting a job, and I can just go to school and have them pay, all I have to do is not screw it up this time and that's money that I don't have to earn....who wouldn't want free money??? I'll get a job after college. I'm not being lazy, I'm being opportunistic.

Your to sweet for your own good, hopefully If I recall correctly your looking for a Mr Wonderful, hope he doesn't play on that, not an attack or anything just an observation. :)

What is making me unhappy is the cold drippy rain, which has gone on quite long enough, in my opinion. And the cold squishy mud.. And my cat just came in from outside and shook cold water on me. Ew.

Sylkat :(

 Thanks, but I really am not that sweet. Trust me, I can point you to the right people who know my dark side.
I am looking for a wonderful guy, but I'm not going to put a rush on it because romance and love take time and I was silly to think that I'd get it right off the bat. However, I do want to date some, and if I happen to fall in love with an amazing guy and the situation is right, then I might pursue a serious relationship. :P How would he play on that....I've already had that experience.

Yes, hundreds of them wrapped in some sort of sticky, cottony substance under my trundle bed. I'm completely disgusted.

My sister woke me up at 6:22 and claimed it was 7:00. I spilled some clam chowder in the cafeteria when trying to get ready for the lunch rush.

I feel that way, too. It's gotten more under control with new medicine, but I still have it...
