There was a little glitch in my fresh start, but the circuits are fine now.

I was at the store this morning and finished buying what I wanted. Unfortunately, a mob of students waiting for anything (including friends, despite being only 4m away from the outside) blocked the way. Students kept entering and entering and entering and entering with very few managing to exit, and I eventually got pushed into the crowd. People were being such rude, inconsiderate bestiae stercorum that I had what I think is a mild tantrum, although I did lose complete restraint a few times from all the tactile contact. Somehow, meltdown seems to be a rather harsh description, but I suppose it could be used in hindsight.

Is it legal to burn a flag in Ozzieland?

I think it would be classed as treason I hope the person who did it is punished but knowing our judicial system they won't be.

"Stop rocking! That's offensive to autistics!"

So I am cured, then?

ADDITION:
Maybe this would have been better in the happy thread.

My parents inconsistency. They change plans & don't do stuff they told me we'd do & then they have the nerve to gripe at me when I don't do a chore when I'd told them I'd do it

It was snowing when I was at my parking lot job. I was convinced that it was going to snow all day.

Also my Television broke down yesterday.

My cat got into a fight with another cat about 22 hours ago. I think her lower back is hurt, because there is a kink in her tail and she hasn't moved it. She also limps and won't put pressure on her left hind leg. She is still capable of jumping on the couch and on beds, and she has been eating, drinking and using the litter box. But she tries not to move too much if she can help it, and her meows sound so pitiful. :( I'm really worried about her.

Image
"Flag burning.
way less offensive than over two centuries of invasion, massacres, rape, torture, slavery and genocide."

had to listen to my dad argue that the war in iraq was justified because it was good for us economically, black people in africa are violent, aboriginals are lazy, uneducated dole bludgers, muslims are terrorists, jews are money grabbing, intolerant zionists, there are no christian terrorists and then have him moan about me watching the abc news at night because its all "leftie". abc news it not at all left. and he brought in other relatives to back up his racism. oh and he thinks the chinese and indonesians are waiting to invade us.

WP is giving me something of an inferiority complex. Before this year, I was not consumed by an all-incinerating drive to develop at least some level of competence in the stereotypical splinter skills savants had, exempli grati pi memorization, calendar calculation, modifying the fundamental wiring of the neurons responsible for the periodic table memory into a fully two (three?)-dimensional circuit, et cetera. It does have its benefits, but at the moment, the only benefit is temporary relief from what may be an unhealthy obsession with learning more.

You try and get someone prosecuted for treason. It would never fly in a million years.
