well, I don't Dream, that is to say If I do I don't remember them. but here is what I find freaky, there are times I have dreams that seem extremely weird, and end up happening these "dreams" are very few and far between because I don't normally dream. its like I live the event in the dream, and then relive it again in real life. at first I thought it was deja vu, but its too off. like things that would never happen just happen.

your dreams are like the greek chorus of your life, piping up during dramatic moments.

Really? Then I must be under some weird dramatic stresses to dream that I woke up, alone, nude on an isolated beach. I really must write down this dream in full before I completely forget it.

was this a lucid dream?

i never got that, what is a "lucid" dream?

it is where you are aware in the dream that you are dreaming, and are in full conscious control of the events of the dream.

Oh, ya it was like that. I was in control. And it was quite a long dream as well.

ok :wtg: that is a real accomplishment, I've been trying without success for decades to do likewise. anyways, since you are aware you are dreaming INSIDE the dream, what you can do, is ask the dream, "why am I naked? I demand an answer NOW!" "what is the purpose of this dream?" [ask that also]. autosuggest to yourself that you will remember to ask these questions as soon as you find yourself in this dream again, tell yourself you will find the answers on 2 sheets of paper taped to both arms in the dream, and that you won't be able to remove the sheets of paper until you ask those questions.

Thanks! I lucid dream all the time (although I never knew what to call it) but I never really thought anything about it. I will take your advice when I sleep again, I will ask those questions and hope for an answer. :) I WILL find the reasons for these strange dreams.

^^^I know you will. teddy Roosevelt said if you believe you are capable of doing something, that the job basically is already halfway done. and no mere "hoping" but a certainty that you WILL get an appropriate answer. :wtg:

I had a bizarre dream that I was an epic looking magician [the mage kind, not the stage kind], who was running through the twisty halls of a school trying to escape. But it was like he/I was running through molasses and so exhausted that he/I could barely move. When he/I finally escaped, he/I realized that there were still children trapped inside, but I don't know what happened after that.

This one is a bit 'gory', so if you don't wanna read about gross dreams, better skip this one!

Tonight I dreamt I was bleeding from my 'ladyparts'. However I knew in the dream that it wasn't my period. It just became more and more blood, like I had an internal injury, however I felt no pain. And then I suddenly pulled a few large knots of long black hair out from there :/// like, wtf. What does this want to tell me lol

per dreammoods.com-

Menstruation
To dream of menstruation indicates that you are releasing your pent-up tension and worry. It signals an end to the difficult times and the beginning of relaxation. Some creative energy is being released or recognized. Alternatively, the dream means that you are denying your feminine side. If you are in menopause and dream that you are menstruating, then the dream signifies renewed vitality.
In particular, dreaming of their menstrual cycle when it is not time yet may indicate your anxiety about your cycle. It may sometimes signal an early or unexpected period. Studies have also shown that more vivid dreams seem to coincide with a woman's menstrual cycle. Dreams about being pregnant, giving birth, or motherhood occur more often while a woman is ovulating. If you are pregnant and dream that you have your period, then it is a reminder that you need to take things slow. Dreaming that you are on your period when it is in fact something else, suggests that you are pretending that everything is okay when it is not. You are trying to put up a happy façade in order to avoid confrontation.
Genitals
To dream of your genitals represent your feelings toward sex and sexuality and your attitudes toward femininity and masculinity. It also relates to issues of commitment and pleasure. To dream that your genitals are somehow defective or malfunctioning indicate your fears or lack of confidence toward sex. You feel inadequate or not ready.
Vaginal Hair
To see vaginal hair in your dream suggests that you are making your sexual feelings known, and/or are feeling either conflicted or frustrated in this regard.

Yeah, some of that is applicable right now, I just wish my body could be less weird about letting me know.

@Aunt:

I don't know if you saw my last post, but I did what you said I should do. During my adventures into dreamland, I asked some questions:

I woke up on the same beach (again naked) as I had the last time I dreamed, although I noticed that this time I could see farther off into the distance, which usually turned hazy after a couple hundred feet. I looked around to get my bearings, and then I remembered I was to ask questions. "Why do I keep winding up naked?" I asked. I got no reply, so I tried again, louder this time. Again no reply. I walked over the the water and put my toes into it, it was icy cold, dispite the fact that there was a sun out. "I demand to know why I am naked!" I said, as loud as I could. This time I did get a reply, of sorts. I heard a voice, but it was very faint and I could not make out its words. "Please, what are you trying to tell me?" I asked. "What does this all mean?" I started to hear footsteps, at first far off, but quickly coming closer. I panicked (why I don't know) and ran. I ran as fast as I could, but I never seemed to escape the footsteps. I tripped and fell into the sand, it's corse grains were like tiny needles in my exposed skin. The shock and pain woke me up, I was sweating and it took me a few seconds to realize I was awake. It was 2 in the morning, I layed back down and tried to sleep, but I dreamed of nothing.

I had a dream in which I was part of the Fellowship of the Ring, but then I had a meeting with Galadriel, Gandalf, and Elrond, and they gave me sage advice [which my conscious mind cannot seem to remember]. Then my mum came into my room and said something about how she was going to pray. There was more, but that's all I can remember.

you did GOOD :wtg: to recall those suggestions I gave you in your dream! but remember, in your dream you are the producer and director and star, YOU ARE THE BOSS, you DON'T have to run from anything or anybody, EVER. NEVER plead, ALWAYS command. NEVER FEAR. you are the boss. the dream works FOR YOU. when fear shows up, GET MAD at it and shoo it away! next time this happens [a scary thing chases you] get in its face and make IT back down. but don't chase it, make it stay right there with you and cooperate with you.
Sun
To see the sun in your dream symbolizes peace of mind, enlightenment, tranquility, fortune, goodwill, and insight. It also represents radiant energy and divine power. Generally, the sun is a good omen, especially if the sun is shining in your dream. To dream that the sun has a creepy, harsh glare represents a significant disruption or serious problem in your life. The sun is considered a life-giver and thus, any abnormalities and peculiarities to the sun's appearance represents some sort of pain or chaos occurring in your waking life.
Beach
To see the beach in your dream symbolizes the meeting between your two states of mind. The sand is symbolic of the rational and mental processes while the water signifies the irrational, unsteady, and emotional aspects of yourself. It is a place of transition between the physical/material and the spiritual. To dream that you are on the beach and looking out toward the ocean indicates unknown and major changes that are occurring in your life. Consider the state of the ocean, whether it is calm, pleasant, forbidding, etc. To dream that you are looking toward the beach suggests that you are returning to what is familiar to you. Alternatively, you may be adapting or accepting to the changes and circumstances in your life.
Footsteps
To hear footsteps in your dream indicate that you are worrying over some issue or problem. You are feeling overwhelmed with panic and uneasiness.
Sand
To see sand in your dream signifies a shift in perspective or a change in your attitude. Consider the familiar phrase, "the sands of time" in which it may be suggesting that you are wasting your time or letting time pass you by. If the sand is wet, then it indicates that you are lacking a sense of balance in your life.
Naked
To dream that you are naked denotes fear of being found out and exposed over your activities. You feel that you are being misjudged.
Cold
To dream that you are cold indicates that you are experiencing a breakthrough in some area in your life. Alternatively, you may be feeling isolated or emotionally restrained. Your sense of coldness could reflect your feelings about a lover or a certain person. The dream may also occur as a result of your immediate environment in which you are really feeling cold. To dream that you touch something cold suggests that you should avoid that object or what that object represents in your waking life.
Sea
To see the sea in your dream represents your subconscious and the transition between your subconscious and conscious. As with all water symbols, it also represents your emotions. The dream may also be a pun on your understanding and perception of a situation. "I see" or perhaps there is something you need to "see" more clearly. Alternatively, the dream indicates a need to reassure yourself or to offer reassurance to someone. It brings about hope, a new perspective and a positive outlook on life no matter how difficult your current problems may be.
Saltwater
To see or taste saltwater in your dream symbolizes tears and heartache. It may also indicate some emotional outburst or suffering.
Voices
To hear voices in your dream signify a message from the subconscious or spiritual realm. Alternatively, the dream may be a metaphor that you need to "voice" your opinions more loudly. Speak your mind!
Running
To dream that you are running away from someone indicates an issue that you are trying to avoid. You are not taking or accepting responsibility for your actions. In particular, if you are running from an attacker or any danger, then it suggests that you are not facing and confronting your fears.
Trip
To dream that you trip on something indicates that something is out of order in your life. Things are not going as smoothly as you want, especially when you are faced with obstacles. The dream may forewarn that you are about to make a mistake in some waking decision.
Fall
To dream that you fall and are frightened indicates a lack of control, insecurity, and/or lack of support in your waking life. You may be experiencing some major struggle and/or overwhelming problem. It may also imply that you have failed to achieve a goal that you have set forth for yourself.
