Bought an ice-cube tray (I don't have one, and it would really help in the current weather). Phoned a friend. Started converting a pair of old trousers into shorts.

I've been quite lazy apart from the usual workout routine and physio etc but apart from that I've just watched telly all day and played on WP.

Went out early to get my shopping. Walked there and back. Did 11 miles on my exercise bike. Done one set of my physio and now My stretchout on the floor.

Still got loads to do but I'm just taking my time.

Worked this morning. Only did an hour but I got what I needed.

Managing to keep the heat out of my home. And finished putting mosquito nets at all the windows.

There's a nice breeze coming through now.
