Yeah I struggle to aim for the glass after a few so just opt for swigging it straight from the bottle

I had black coffee this morning and water allll day. At the beach rn for sunset and I have 5 different kinds of alcohol in my bag buuuut I’m gonna have a water day.

Also, it’s a new moon so there was a fire ceremony and smudging done across the beach tdy and my friend that facilitated it is also having a non-alcoholic drink day to keep with the cleanse theme. :water:

Break time on a job I’m doing. Had a burger I made and packed and a 473ml 7% ipa. Should make for a more enjoyable final couple hours work in this heat - upstairs in an old building with no ventilation but I’d rather do this work tdy than tmw when it’s going to be 6C hotter at 31C (high for the week) which would make it probably pushing 40+ on this upper floor tmw. I’ll do my wet work now and let it all get bone dry tmw and come back the next day when it’s “only,” 29 lol bless informal jobs where I can work on shorts & a t-shirt and the owner wants to buy some craft beers to drink on my final day here. (it’s a dog training facility.. they train for obedience, protection, and also detection - training police dogs to sniff out drugs. Not sure on rescue or other dog training like those that sniff out cancer etc)

Just slammed a regular cheap lager in about 10-15 seconds. Because I’m doing good work in this heat and I deserve it.

Morning all. Ended up having 7 cans (14 units alc) yesterday.

Just having my morning mug of tea. 14C and cloudy here.

It’s a Miller sky here and will be 100 .
I’ll have to make do with sweet tea.
I miss my old drinking buddy, Richard.He died several years ago before Covid.He always arrived with a large red cooler chock full of beer and ice.We’d sit in the shade and drink till they were all gone.Sometimes a few other people hanging out.I miss those times.RIP Richard.

In the UK bud light is 3.5 percent ABV.

Is 3.5 percent still a lot in terms of alcohol?

I like at least 4% for lager.

Dunno I just do. I like Carling so I think that's about 4%.
