I can imagine how this situation is driving you insane. I hope you will get support and be able to leave soon. Good luck!

I woke up this morning thinking it was Saturday for the first full hour that I was awake... then the world came crashing down on me and I looked at my computer clock to realize that it is Friday...

What made me unhappy: it now seems unfair that I should have to go to work :p

The plants here are dying because we don't get any rain so I'll have to water them this weekend. It's supposed to get cooler next week so I'm going wait till Sunday or tomorrow evening & hope it starts getting a little cooler by then. AC is on 75 rite now & I'm sweating

Having to pay £540+ in rent because my circumstances have changed i.e. I receive less income therefore my Housing Benefit payments are suspended until re-assessed and then my landlord requests immediate payment because I am legally required to pay them until it is sorted out. :wall:

Someone I thought I knew only this year said he had conversed with me a fair amount two years ago. At least he and the rest of the student government understand about me and AS, but it was odd to realize that many other people probably know me and I only had known them without recognizing them or remembering their faces and names.

I think my cat is ill. She didn't do anything she normally does today - greet my mom, go outside to play, beg for scraps at the dinner table or sit in the living room to watch TV with the family. When I found her this afternoon, she was sleeping in an unusual spot - in the hallway, as opposed to a chair or someone's bed. She has barely eaten anything. Her ears feel a little warm, and she becomes angry when anyone tries to show affection to her. All she has been doing is sleeping.

Shadows at the back of my mind. And the Inland Revenue.

Depression. My hopes of finding a decent job are shattered. Also hurt feelings of sorts.

Someone inadvertently makes people angry online and gets berated.
Said someone then says "fine I'll just kill myself" and departs from the conversation like people want them to.
People take offense at their closing comment and then write off their comment as emotional manipulation/being emo/making fake suicide threat.
I come in and and tell them that they were just using a figure of speech and they're taking it the wrong way.
My opinion gets ignored and they continue to demonise the person involved.

NT's, god love 'em :?

Aww, I hope she'll be okay. Maybe she just needs to rest a lot and sleep it off. Hopefully it's nothing more than some temporary flu that will pass by quickly.

It sounds like your parents already know that you're gay, but still think that they can "fix" your sexuality, as if it was a choice. You're probably right though to not fully come out yet, while you're living with them. It sounds like things may get rough for a while after you come out and for the sake of your sanity you'll need to have somewhere else to stay while the worst passes. I just really hope you can move out of there soon and that your parents will eventually realize they can't change you and just need to accept you the way you are.
