Changed my screen's tint from warm to cold.
Somehow subtle yellowish tint to a touch of light blue...

As an experiment. See the contrasting difference between the two.
And if it affects my habit on screen time.

ATM the tint gives this subtle hurt and strains my eyes a bit more.

Even if I can read a little better... It's it's own brand of 'light'; like how the blue sky hurts my eyes when I'm outdoors.

... While the subtle yellowish tint just reminds me of indoor lightbulb...

More reading comprehension with high probability of migraine and risk of worsen eyesight or sensory comfort that's been fine for years...

... Well, that's the only option I got from this phone's built-in setting.
Then there's the night screen, which just gives off darker orange tint, or that AND mixed with night mode colors or black/white color which is, well, 'just no'.

I think someone's just had a go at my annoying gobby darts playing neighbour in the flat above. Had someone climbing up to his flat outside my window and now everything has gone quiet.. 8O

Ah, the joys of living in council flats..

It's a beautiful day in the middle of a heat wave, but the mosquitoes have driven me inside.

Online physical therapy is more convenient because I don't have to take the bus, train and shuttle to get there. Commute takes longer than the appointment, s**t

Expand comfort zone

Too exhausted all the time to do jack s**t

Two days ago, finally finished defecating in all the home Depot stores in the geographic region. It felt like a substantial accomplishment, almost as good as an associates degree or a marathon. Took a lot of sleep deprivation, time money and energy, but zero skill. Any old monkey could do it, but I am any old monkey, s**t

Destroyed my "life"

Afraid the gastroenterologist will do a colonoscopy and tell me that I have Toxic Megacolon or something like that. On the other hand if I get a diagnosis like that maybe I could receive government benefits s**t. But government benefits not guaranteed sufficient or permanent.

Armpit and vulva rash

Breasts too large and sagging but not nearly as large as some of my retardedass coworkers

Embarrassed about doctors and nurses seeing my breasts and vagina.

I don't know if it's ok to have sardines 4 times a week

I don't know about the government guidelines on this

The usual advice I kept seeing online was... Not have them have more than 3 times a week.

3 times? 3 servings? 3 kilos? 3 days in a row? I can consume seafood over 4-5 servings in a row in a day, does that mean I'd stop for a week?

It confuses me sometimes because it's not very specific.
If it's OK to as long as I'd keep switching up to vary seafood sources and types or not.

If different fish from the same source of water and possibly with same nutritional values actually counts as the other, or does it count as a 'switch'?
Or does it count if I taken an account that I'm consuming seawater fish or freshwater fish -- which I barely bother learning to be honest, let alone it's source

Not just 'one type' of seafood.

Seafoods and fish are the type of food I'd be more than OK with eating in many amounts, everyday for years if it weren't for the risk of mercury poisoning and how costly it can be.

I love sardines and they're really cheap as well but I don't know if I'm eating too much. I'll cut down to 3 times a week now Edna

It was true for me. I was a primary school teacher, and I have a funny surname. I wanted to go by my first name for that and other reasons, but my school wouldn’t go for it.
