i just had the best lunch ever! it was a mixture of breakfast and desert. sliced banana with greek style yoghurt and cinnamon, then strawberries with melted cadbury marvellous creations chocolate and then banana stuffed with chocolate and microwaved.

2 x tins of red salmon with hot chilli sauce and a splash of dark vinegar, glass of merlot and some Darrell Lea licorice also a handful of dry roasted almonds.
It was that or go to McDonalds for a lamb burger
