Do you suffer only straight up depression or with anxiety ? Thankfully I only suffer the latter , anxiety is part and parcel with negativity all ways doom and gloom !

Thank god for Beta Blockers , good to see it helps others around here ....

I just feel terrible that the medication I take has been used and abused on animals , yes apparently they even test on Ring Neck doves the symbol of hope and peace 8)

i wish i could be vegetarian. i tried once. i ended up with sharp, painful gas everyday, and i didn't have the energy to go for walks.

so i went back to chicken.

I tried becoming vegan. It's difficult in my country and due to being unable to cook because of my situation it proved to be not possible for me at that moment. I do prefer to becone vegan though, and am vegetarian, mostly avoiding anything dairy or with eggs, too.

Plus, I worry about my health. But I feel I want to be vegan yet can't at this moment. I tried. I need to remain realistic and admit that it isn't possible for me at this time.

I'm uncapable of self-rightenousness about this, though...

What country are you from ? if your from a meaty nation like Spain or Portugal that would be understandable .

And why would you be worried about your health ? I've become healthier , have you seen the rubbish meaties cook which is deemed as "healthy"
