The EF-related cues are always around my left side of my head.
If it feels like I'm having a migraine and my sleep is crap, it felt dull or painful at the left side of my head, particularly behind my left eye... It meant I'd get executive dysfunction.
If it felt light and really refreshed, as if I can feel the entirety of my left side of my head, my executive function becomes almost perfect and I act like my own age and so much more like processing 100% of what I sense without getting overwhelmed, slowed down, losing momentum, interrupted, etc.
Like I'm super regulated without trying.
99% at the time, it's almost always the former.
But whenever I get lucky and the latter happens, I'd always know.
If brain anatomy is correct, it's where to process language and sensory stimuli which does reflect my experience; sudden communicative eloquence, all my autistic related senses became a huge advantage, verbal related processes like short term memory becoming way less impaired...
And the cues are almost always at my left side of my head...
And I just want to know fricking why?? What does this all actually mean??
