Thank you Identity and Mick. I will. :)

I'm happy the refrigerator didn't fall on Titangeek too. :) I'm sure there is a story to tell.

Meh, mainly it involves my lack of physical strength and trying to move a large fridge up a short staircase and around a corner, lol.

I went for a meal with my friends at Frankie and Benny's, which was AMAZING. We were meant to go last Sunday, but we went somewhere else instead (that sucked), so I was really looking forward to it...I wasn't disappointed!

I love Frankie and Benny's :D I like to go there for my birthday. I keep it quiet though because I don't want the restaurant drawing a light on me and playing Cliff Richard's Congratulations

My son missed 2 assignments in English and was going to get an F on his interim report card but he pulled it up to a B. :) He's usually an A/B student. He slacked off but took the initiative when it became a problem. I used to be a bit of a helicopter mom when it came to homework but then I saw that he does better if I don't hover. Anyway, I'm proud of him.

At work I fixed some issues in a database I've been working on and on the drive home I hit a patch of ice and just nonchalantly flicked the wheel a little to the left and corrected the skid without overcorrecting or panicking or nothin'. I'm a really crap driver (and database tender) so both these things are really satisfying :D

I know what relaxes me, so I can drink it before bed now - coffee.

the equal marriage rights rally ive been looking forward to for the last 1/2 year. 5000people. thats more than facebook said would be coming. we were amazing. my friend whose never been to a rally before enjoyed it and i bumped into some random friends too.

also there was a counter demo to us so seeing as the whole socialist organisation ( like all of us from around the country) i belong to was there we could afford to send a large contingent(150 aprox +others) to counter the counter demo. we all but drowned out their speakers  i still dont understand what reverend fred niles is doing in politics in a secular society... plus peter madden, the rally's organiser, came up to us and started saying "we love you" so one of the men on our side grabbed him and gave him a very large smooch on the lips. i almost doubled up laughing. so did a number of others. we were so awesome.
