I'm happy I got to sleep in... to 8:30 or so :P. Going to bed at ~23:00 on a Friday night is the norm for me now...

I just came from church, and had a one-on-one with my small-group leader, regarding what happened for the past two weeks. Just being able to get out and talk with friends made my day complete. :)

Hitting "punch out for day" on the time clock knowing I wouldn't have to do that again for 9 days.

Fred the French speaking Persian pharmacist at the drug store across the street, picked me out some wonderful cough and chest cold medicine that I can take along with my RX medication. :thumleft:

I found out I don't have homework for my behavior class. So that takes my list of things to do down to................ uh, let's see, only about 25 :? I just need to make it past tuesday and then things should slow down enough for me to study for finals and finish my women's studies project (see my signature line)

I finished the SAT! No one will believe how much I felt like flapping after that!

ADDITION:

Or how much I actually did when no one was home! :D Phew, it does get tiring.

are those the american end of school tests? if so then congrats and good luck.

refugee rights rally. spent day with comrades and talked to a few i like. went to post rally meeting which was presented by ben hillier who writes for our website and some of our publications and it was really funny, especially his analogy of the boss/worker relationship as an abusive romantic relationship. comrade offered to help me cover with my parents in future- to them its for the revolution for me its that and my own freedom. had dinner with comrades too. we talked and shared food and i met so many from melbourne its not funny. one of my comrades was making an expression on his face and eye contact and i dont know what it meant though... and all on a sunday. im not allowed to leave the house to see friends or have fun on sundays. the excuse i made up flew.

Dear Grisha, That is one gorgeous cat! Seems to be posing for the camera, too...

Taupey, I am so glad things are better for your family, I hope the house sale will happen only if your mother agrees; many older people have a very strong attachment to their homes. She could feel uprooted or resent being 'moved'...how is your health today..you were groggy earlier....Sylkat
