I skipped sleep last night. Because of sleeping too long the day before.

Now why can't I just sleep earlier?
Because, either stupid habits or the damnable circadian rhythm.

I went to a nearby park to see if there's a rib fest today. It turns out that it's going to be at another nearby park next weekend.

Hopefully it doesn't cost too much.

I was really excited for the ribfest here until I did the math.

I think I'll pass on the Ribfest. You get in by donation, but than you have to pay for the food. I'll need the money for the flea market anyways.

The research that I did regarding my accent/speech patterns confirmed what I've known all along. Try disguising that with a Cockney accent. I tried for 30 years (1986 to the very early days of 2026}. It was hard. Every time my real voice came through, I'd tell people that I couldn't talk when that happened and was the quiet one of the group.

I was hoping that Canada would win the gold medal in men's Breakdancing.

I don't want to be a soldier anymore except for maybe Germanyball with his motorcycle helmet. I'll keep cycling through the different avatars that I've made over the past 16 days.

:x It's just that... I displaced a meter long stick with hooks that allows hanging stuff on higher laundry hanging setups.

I just brought it, didn't took it with me when I was on my way back home after arranging the groceries.

Worse part is that it's my money.
And it's not mine. :x And I won't be using or needing that.

Barb and I went into a fine meats store a few months ago. She forgot her bag of meat on the bus bench.

Only 8 hours until my #1 gets back home.
Why do I have a sudden urge to say "make it so"?

I've been thinking of buying a new winter jacket. Something new and different perhaps. I'm tired of army green. I want some colour.

Taking a nap, my sister just upset me a little bit.

My family has upset me so many times that I'm glad I'm not like my parents and my sister. I'm glad I don't even sound like them.

I tried working out again.

But...

I cannot go all out.
The numbness only lasts for few minutes. :? Not intense enough to ground me better.

I try my best not to get carried away.
It's like... Choosing between stimming and potentially getting sick, from possibly adding some of my stamina and strength slowly and gradually.

And this is exercising.

Frick it, though.
If I had to go towards the slow and easy way, fineeee.

I got up for a while and I realized that there's nothing on TV. My tune will change at 10 this evening when I realize that I'm now free to watch Hogan's Heroes after 10 week nights.

My mind also wandered back to my college days. A time when I wasn't the big, sensitive one of the crowd. I was small, hyper, Modish and I somehow was starstruck by some German guy in my class nearly twice my size who was the complete opposite of me. I'd try to act cool around him, getting myself in trouble with the professors a few times. I was the "stoic Brit" and he was a very sensitive man. What a pair. Sunshine and Rain Cloud.

My mind has been wandering to the September of 1993 a lot. It happens every time a pleasant sporting event comes to an end. The TV screen is blank and my mind has to occupy itself some way. Why the September of 1993, though. Why not the Spring of 1997?
