I think we're headed for another heatwave.

I’m thinking about getting started on Wagner’s Ring cycle this week.

A member here once said that if they can't eat it or wear it they don't buy it. While I've had to make some alterations to that rule to accommodate comforts ( like heating and cooling) I think its a solid rule to live by and I feel empowered living by the same standard

Congratulations on that. It's not easy to change what one is used to. Best of luck with it!

I'm just so tired. That's always on my mind. It's getting worse.

Valve is finally working on some new Half-life projects as well as a new TF2 comic.

I have to ask Are we still living in the same universe as before or did we merge with another one? I'm having a hard time believing things are changing like this. Adjusting may take some time while I process this. I'm so used to Valve doing nothing for so very long.

The money collector at the flea market told me that my favourite song sounds like a Christmas song. It is a folk song that doubles as a Christmas song like Greensleeves does. I'm going to play Taxman by The Beatles to try and get a rise out of him next Sunday when he collects the money. He tried to get a rise out of me today.

Dermatology appointment shortly.
It's not like my whole family hasn't had Melanoma.
I've had dozens of spots cut off.
One of these times I'll get bad news.
It comes with the ginger territory.

^

Damn, I'm sorry.
My condolences.

My dad had metastatic.
It spread to his bones, spine, prostate, and everywhere.
Mum and brother have it now.

Skin cancer can be genetic.
It doesn't even have to be from the sun.
(God knows I'm a vampire.)

My daughter's being investigated for a different cancer.

I'm also thinking I should go jump in the shower.
They do full-body exams down to every square mm of your body.
It's quite invasive but that's a good thing.

I always forget about that until I get up close and personal with the pretty doctor.

Why did it take me such a long time to accept that my accent isn't from Canada or Britain?

It took me a while to admit that pea green and sky blue were not my top colours as well. I must have been pretty scared of myself. How can someone be scared of the person that they spend the most time with?

Just think of all the years I walked around trying to look like Peahawk the Sweet Pea not realizing that it's the attitude and not the colours that make the Sweet Pea.
