If you could instantly become fluent in any foreign language, which would it be? Why?

Japanese, 'cause I like the sound of it and I <3 the characters and it's somewhat practical 'cause I could get all the cute arts & crafts books and stuff they have there + the latest gadgets. And I'd be able to check food labels.
I would also be able to converse with my friend in Taiwan (since he knows Taiwanese, Chinese and Japanese).

But if practicality was not looked into,
Sinhala (pronounced singala), 'cause the writing is just absolutely gorgeous. I'd instantly get some deep phrase tattooed on my back if I could read Sinhala.
The stories from Sri Lanka are quite interesting too.








What are your plans for today?

Work for another 7 hours (oh boy, barely into day and already at WP!)
Then home. Probably gonna watch a movie, bought a few dvds over the weekend. Make some dinner. Go to sleep and repeat.


What do you wish your plans were for today?

I wish that my plans were:
Spending another glorious day alone at my mountaintop retreat... playing guitar, meditating, going for walks in the woods, tending the garden, reading books, drinking tea, etc.

You can get there by car, bus, train, or airplane. All modes of travel cost the same.

ill take train for the blend of taking a bus, but closer to the speed of a plane, but no dealing with an airport.

Seriously, yes. I do feel paranoid too often.
I feel very anxious most of the time, and many times it involves paranoid delusions about total strangers meaning to do me harm for some unspoken conspiratorial reason.
