Thank you. But enough about me, I don't want to feel like I am hogging the spotlight. :)

Sorry to hear that. Are your dreams foggy or otherwise "unclear"?

How good is the "audio"? Do you hear voices in your dreams?

Do you feel that you are not in control of your dreams?

my dreams are seldom clear as reality, they are rather impressionistic with pontillistic visuals and audio, fragmented. except for the nightmares which are crystal-clear. and I've never been able to even think of controlling my dreams as 99.99% of the time I'm not even aware I'm dreaming. for the record, I'm also incapable of being hypnotized, that is a common aspie trait from what I've read.

Huh, really? Aspies cant be hypnotized? I have never heard of that before.

As for your dreams, I would suggest you don't stay up too late, otherwise you "rush in" and don't get a good dream. You should just lay down maybe a half hour before bedtime and kind of ease into sleep. :) that's what I do.

Austin, I'm excited for you and the new relationship you've been describing, and it makes me thing of this special song I want to post in your honour...

Hi, guys! I had a dream about Kirk and Spock exploring an alien planet in Star Trek. My special someone had a Pokemon type dream, and apparently I was there! So I guess I can be in multiple places at once!
Here's a tip for lucid dreaming. Before you sleep, focus your energy on a part of your body [your hand or foot seems to work best], so that when you sleep, you will hopefully see your hand or foot and then can control the dream. I'm going to try that tonight! :)

I had a weird dream last night. I was investigating a haunted house, but I was scared to go all the way up the stairs. On the third time, I managed to go up, and it wasn't so scary up there, and the ghosts and whatnot were creepy but nice. Someone was with me...but I'm not sure who it was. Maybe it was my special someone! :)
I also tried lucid dreaming, but while it was a bit better than the night before, it didn't quite work yet. I also woke up at 4:44 in the morning, and my clock was flashing, so I couldn't tell what time it was. I crept out to the living room, which was oddly bright for some reason, and then discovered that it was then 4: 48, so I went back to bed.

watching the Dali Lama rinse his face and body with water while standing in a shallow pool fully dressed in his orange wrap. His expression was serious and focused as if posed with a dilemma.
