Heya, Aunt! Any thoughts about my haunted house dream? *curious*

I had a weird dream last night. I was investigating a haunted house, but I was scared to go all the way up the stairs. On the third time, I managed to go up, and it wasn't so scary up there, and the ghosts and whatnot were creepy but nice. Someone was with me...but I'm not sure who it was. Maybe it was my special someone!
Haunted House
To dream of a haunted house signifies unfinished emotional business, related to your childhood family, dead relatives, or repressed memories and feelings.
Staircase
To see a staircase in your dream symbolizes change and transformation.
Three
Three signifies life, vitality, inner strength, completion, imagination, creativity, energy, self-exploration and experience. Three stands for a trilogy, as in the past, present, and future or father, mother, and child or body, mind, and soul, etc. Dream of the number three may be telling you that the third time is the charm.
Ghost
To see a ghost in your dream represents something that is no longer obtainable or within reach. It indicates that you are feeling disconnected from life and society. Try to figure out what the ghost wants or what it is looking for. The dream may also be a calling for you to move on and abandon your outdated modes of thinking and behavior. Dreaming that you are being stalked or haunted by a ghost indicates that you are refusing to confront issues from your past which is affecting your present life.
Phantom
To see a phantom in your dream represents guilt, fear, and/or repressed memories. Your dream is serving as a medium for you to face your fears and thus it is important to pay attention to what message the phantom is trying to convey. A positive phantom presence could well be a waking friend. :)

Thanks a lot! I've been trying to decide about my future, and I think it's definitely time to move on somewhere else [if I stayed in this town, I would go stir-crazy, and I think if I stay in Canada with the cold, cold winters, I would not be able to cope]. :)

as a Canadian you have a BIG advantage in emigrating to another commonwealth nation, just pack up and go. for americans it just about takes an act of congress.

I've been honestly wondering if I could just live in a cottage somewhere with only a washer/dryer [maybe not even a dryer if I went somewhere warm], a stove/toaster oven, a shower and so forth, and the contents of my room [minus my bedframe, because I would actually rather sleep on my mattress on the floor].

There was a door--a sliding glass door.

It was super strong. There was white lettering on it saying that it was strong enough to resist shattering even if charged by a wild boar in full rage.

MeMum was on the phone telling me to make sure I had the boar-proof door closed and locked because there was a rampaging wild boar headed in my direction. I made sure, saw the boar, told MeMum it would be fine and watched for a short moment while the door stopped the boar.

Meanwhile two friends of mine and NTHubby's--one of whom is Aspie and the other struggles with depression and Paranoia--were at my place helping us set up our computer, internet service and wireless throughout the house.

None of them were aware of the boar, but MeMum was on the verge of panic, certain that I didn't have the door closed or secure enough to keep the boar out.

So. freakin' weird.

having lived in hot places, I can tell you that incessant heat day-in and day-out gets old just as quickly as months of cold weather seems to do where you are at.

^^I guess I am genetically well-adapted for cold weather, since I had heat stroke I can't handle 70F+ degree weather for more than a few days in a row without air conditioning.

Door
A door that opens to the outside signifies your need to be more accessible to others, whereas a door that opens into the inside denotes your desire for inner exploration and self-discovery. If you are inside the locked door, then it represents harsh lessons that need to be learned. To dream that you are locking the door suggests that you are closing yourself off from others. You are hesitant in letting others in and revealing your feelings. It is indicative of some fear and low self-worth. If someone slams the door in your face, then it indicates that you are feeling shut out or some activity or that you are being ignored.
Glass
To see glass in your dream symbolizes passivity or protection. You may be putting up an invisible barrier to protect yourself in a situation or relationship. If the glass is dirty, cloudy or discolored, then it suggests that you are not seeing something clearly. You need more clarity in a situation. To dream that you are looking through a glass door could refer to your openness and non-defensiveness.
Gatekeeper
To dream that you are a gatekeeper indicates that you need to be more careful about who you let into your life.
Boar
To see a boar in your dream indicates that you need to look inside to find the answers and secrets about yourself and the people around you. The dream may also be a pun on " a bore" or something or someone that is "boring".
Computer
To see a computer in your dream symbolizes technology, information, and modern life. New areas of opportunities are being opened to you. Alternatively, computers represent a lack of individuality and lack of emotions and feelings. Too often, you are just going along with the flow, without voicing your own opinions and views. You may also feel a depreciated sense of self-worth.

I had an interesting dream last night. I was in some sort of futuristic underground place, and everyone was leaving on these flying pirate ship-like boats. There were three of me [past, present me, and future]. Past me was sad and sort of down, but future me looked like she was glowing! :o Then they disappeared, and I was ready to leave, except then I remembered that I had forgotten all of my stuffies. I grabbed all of them in armfuls and dropped them on this small, flat flying boat with a little sail and mast, and then I took off. Then I dreamed about a jester. :jester:
Any thoughts?

Jester
To see a jester in your dream indicates that trivial matters and silly pastimes will divert your attention from more important issues. Alternatively, a jester represents embarrassment in some situation.
Underground
To dream of going or living underground indicates that you are trying to force certain thoughts and issues into your subconscious mind. You really need to confront and explore your subconscious. Alternatively, the dream suggests that you are expressing a desire to go unnoticed or to lie low. To dream that you are riding in an underground passageway signifies anxiety and distress arising from a peculiar situation.
Future
To dream that you are in the future signifies your hopes or your fears of how things will turn out. You are feeling apprehensive about the future.
Flying
To dream that you are flying signifies a sense of freedom where you had initially felt restricted and limited. To see a flying machine in your dream foretells of steady and satisfactory progress in your future endeavors.
Boat
To dream that you are in or see a boat signifies your ability to cope with and express your emotions. Alternatively, you may be ready to confront your subconscious and unknown aspects of yourself. The dream could be telling you to be careful in some waking situation. To see a sailboat in your dream represents your emotional persona and how you navigate through the various situations in your life. You need to learn to adapt to ever-changing situations. To see the mast of a sailing ship in your dream signifies a long and pleasant journey. Alternatively, it represents hope and salvation.

I was dreaming that I was tied to a chair and someone was trying to break my right arm.
