Nope. 2 is true. My mother didn't consider it and she certainly didn't do it, nor did we capsize, but it's family folklore.
You might be thinking of the time I was an adolescent at my grandfather's property where the horses were. That was a fishing boat, it did capsize in a storm, and my father tied me to a tree on an island so I wouldn't blow away.
My lie is three. I've never sailed because my father hated sailboats. We always had big cabin cruisers and speed boats.
