Me following any circadian rhythm is useless.

So what's the point of following something that just doesn't benefit me?
Worse, just impedes me, makes me look bad or gets in the way of my own agenda?


I already did it alright??? Listening to it, ignoring it... It doesn't work.
Even with an open schedule, even with an occupied one...


Oh sure, I will get what my body needs in a sense that I will plan for it and give it as needed.
Doesn't necessarily mean a routine or a schedule or even a cycle -- not when that cycle just doesn't exist to begin with.

On the subject of balls, tennis elbow sucks donkey ones. I don't even play tennis. Now I can barely lift a box of Rice Krispies (which is basically a box of air).
