Just switched energy suppliers again as Octopus didn't seem to be able to read my smart meter so was stuck on estimated bills.

Now with British Gas.

I think today I'm finally getting back into my routine after the depression of last week.

My mother told me that my aunt and uncle and cousin, who share a duplex with my mom, are taking a trip to Portugal this Christmas. Looks like it will just be my mom and myself this Christmas Day.

But that means my uncle won't be home to take us out for a drive to see the Christmas lights this year. :(

But I can understand why they want to get away from North America, at least for a while. I just hope it will be safe for them to do so. Is really that safe to travel overseas to Europe or anywhere else with all the insanity happening?

I need to be studying for a test tomorrow. Instead I'm sitting on my bed, staring at my laptop, and waiting for a sudden burst of motivation that will never happen.
