for some reason I kept dreaming of the beatles and john lennon in particular. I kept dreaming of the moments just before his assassination when he was signing autographs outside the Dakota apartments.

I think I dreamed about kittens last night. I was aiming for dreaming about my special someone, amusingly enough. Then again, we played Pokemon last night over the internet before bed, and she traded me a Pokemon that looks like a kitten, so...

Kitten
To see a kitten in your dream represents a transitional phase toward independence. You are ready to explore new things that life has to offer. Alternatively, the dream symbolizes innocence and purity. To dream that you rescue a kitten on the highway refers to your desire to help those headed in the wrong path or in the wrong direction.

had a brief and desiccated dream about time travel, I went back and forth between the 1990s and the 1860s. strange. I met various historical figures along the way, including john lennon in the studio recording "mind games," charleton heston on the set of his movie "planet of the apes," john Garfield, abe Lincoln, butterfly McQueen on the set of "gone with the wind," Deborah kerr and burt Lancaster on the set of their film "the gypsy moths," various other celebs and people from my own history. made longer stops in the late 30s and 60s in san fran and L.A. I remember wishing I could stay in this loop as there was so much time and space and history to explore just in that 130 year period, then I awoke, groggily.

I've had this frequent dream every three weeks that I was sitting on the bench, dressed like The Kinks in a replica of the red jacket stage uniforms that they wore in 64. I'd be waving the Union Jack. Jesus would always walk up to me and he'd say, "You don't really like yourself, do you?" I'd tell him, "Sure I do. I'm dressed in my finest clothes and I have my flag in my hand." Jesus would tell me, "You're afraid to be yourself, because you're afraid of what's underneath all that you show to the world." I'd ask, "So what's underneath all of this Mod garb?" Jesus would tell me, "I can't tell you now. It would scare you at this point. I hope you figure it out by next December or else I'll have to put you straight." I'd say, "I know who I am." Jesus would make his last response saying, "I think you've overdone the 60s. Why don't you try the 40s instead. I think they suit you a lot better."

I had a dream two nights ago that my mum and dad were with me at this lovely summer-like cottage, but then there was suddenly a mountain of snow instead of grass, and I had to scramble up the snow to get to the cottage. Even though I was in my t-shirt and shorts, the snow wasn't cold at all. Once I reached the cottage, I refused to come out, and no one could get in [despite the fact that there was only a screen door between me and my mum and dad]. Then this random kid appeared and shouted something that made no sense at me, and I shouted back that I wanted to give him a hug to make him feel better, and then he ran away, and I hid inside the bedroom part of the cottage [somehow my bags and such had magically appeared, too]. What's this all about?

Mountains
To see mountains in your dream signify many major obstacles and challenges that you have to overcome. If you are on top of the mountain, then it indicates that you have achieved and realized your goals. You have recognized your full potential. Alternatively, mountains denote a higher realm of consciousness, knowledge, and spiritual truth. To dream that you are climbing a mountain signifies your determination and ambition.
Cottage
To see a cottage in your dream represents comfort, peace and serenity. You prefer a quiet life of simplicity. The cottage may also represent an altered sense of reality and thus may be a means of escaping the responsibilities and problems that may be associated with your home. You need to approach life's difficulties one at a time.
Snow
To see snow in your dream signifies your inhibitions, unexpressed emotions and feelings of frigidity. You need to release and express these emotions and inhibitions. Alternatively, snow means that you are feeling indifferent, alone and neglected. If the snow is melting, then it suggests that you are acknowledging and releasing emotions you have repressed. You are overcoming your fears and obstacles. If you are driving in the snow, then it means that you need to be extra cautious about how your approach your goals. To dream that you are playing in the snow indicates that you need to set some time for fun and relaxation. Alternatively, the dream means that you need to take advantage of opportunities that arise; otherwise such opportunities will disappear.
Screen
To see a window screen in your dream implies that you are being cautiously optimistic about the good news you receive.
Bedroom
To dream that you are in the bedroom signifies aspects of yourself that you keep private. To dream of your childhood bedroom indicates that a current situation or feeling has triggered a memory from your childhood that you have kept secret.

What does seeing a girl with blonde ponytails and a pink dress symbolize?

^^^
Pink
Pink represents love, joy, sweetness, happiness, affection and kindness. Being in love or healing through love is also implied with this color. Alternatively, the color implies immaturity or weakness, especially when it comes to love.
Dress
To see or wear a dress in your dream represents a feminine outlook or feminine perspective on a situation. You are freely expressing your femininity. To see somebody wear a pink dress would seem to indicate you want to see more love and joy in your life.
Ponytail
To dream that you or somebody in your dream are wearing a ponytail symbolizes a casual and carefree attitude.
Blonde
To see a blond person in your dream suggests that you need to enjoy life and live it up. Be a little glamorous.

I once had a dream involving a time-traveling train, dinosaurs, chocolate trees and a giant moose!

So, a typical dream for me.
