Absolutely fragrance free for all detergents, fabric softeners,etc. or else I develop migraines and severe itch.

I can't use products with lanolin for the same reasons. It's an oil derived from wool, my worst allergy.

The traffic, it wakes me up at about 6.30 am, I ignore it for as long as possible and eventually emerge around 9. Apart from that, some kind of weird optimism descended on me sometime around middle age, that and coffee.

1, the fact that I have an obligation to meet, and 2, I don't live on my own, so I'd have someone annoyed if I overslept too much. Saturdays there is more leniency as long as it's nothing crazy like 11 am.

Usually my dog or cats wake me up, wanting in or out of the room or wanting to go outside.

What gets me to stand up? Coffee.

The video made me think about the horses out in the forest at winter. And from there I started to think about how the next winter will be like...how much snow, how cold and what other things might be.
